Raising the Bar

TUCO bar skills competition judge Ozzi Fanghanel has been working in the hospitality industry for 12 years. She started in 2003 pulling pints in Bedford before going to Oxford Brookes University where she started to carve out her career in the hospitality industry. She has worked in most types of venue from nightclubs to one of the best cocktail bars in the UK slinging out a menu of over 100 cocktails.
