University caterers are showing the greatest ambitions towards being more energy efficient of all sectors in the industry, a new report has shown.

Foodservice packaging company Huhtamaki has helped one workplace raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care by supplying the paper cups used for its ‘Blooming Great Tea Party’.
