Kerrymaid receives Craft Guild of Chefs endorsement

Kerrymaid dairy products have received an endorsement from the Craft Guild of Chefs (CGC), passing the CGC Endorsement Programme as an essential ingredient for chefs.

The Irish-crafted dairy product ranges includes spreads, cheese, creams, ice-cream and custards and they scored highly on a range of criteria set by the CGC, such as their performance, appearance on finished dishes, functionality of packaging, clarity of instructions and whether they would recommend the products to other chefs.

“We are delighted to receive endorsement from the Craft Guild of Chefs,” said Anthony Wilkinson, foodservice marketing manager for Kerry Foodservice. “Having our products tried, tested and approved by such a prestigious body of foodservice professionals is the ultimate ratification that the Kerrymaid range of dairy products is specifically suited for chefs.”

All approved products in the Product Endorsement Programme are promoted on the guild’s website and products can carry the CGC logo.
