Skills for Chefs and Skills for Service Conferences

David McKown from the University of Sheffield is delighted to announce that all the arrangements are now in place for the 15th Annual Skills for Chefs Conference and the 1st Skills for Service Conference, which are to be held later this year in Sheffield.

Both conferences will run side by side with delegates attending some sessions jointly, i.e. opening and closing speakers. However, each conference will have its own series of unique business sessions. This is thought to be a great idea and it could allow for chefs and a member of the foodservice team from the same organisation to benefit from a great learning experience.
