Delegates Wait with Bated Breath

The TUCO Conference 2009, “A Taste of the World”, at the University of Birmingham is being awaited with eagerness by delegates wanting to attend the annual event.
Executive Chef, Mark Houghton, has already been asked by colleagues from around the country when they will be able to book onto the conference.
Costs have been agreed and building on the success of University of Brighton last year, Birmingham has decided to offer a range of four packages for delegates to choose from.

1.The Complete Package: This will include attendance at the full business programme with all social events from Monday 20 to Thursday 23 July.
£415 per delegate

2.Two day package: This will include two days at conference plus the social events from Tuesday 21 to Thursday 23 July.
£375 per delegate

3.One Day Conference and Gala Dinner: Arrive on Wednesday, enjoy the last day of conference and AGM with attendance at the Gala Dinner, from Wednesday 22 to Thursday 23 July.
£225 per delegate

4.NEW A one day conference pass: Allowing a delegate to take part only in the business programme on either Tuesday or Wednesday and sample a TUCO Conference.
£95 per delegate

All packages are available on the early bird promotion – book before 20 April and get three places for the price of two.

Stop Press: it has just been confirmed that Levi Roots, of Reggae, Reggae Sauce fame, will close the conference and will share his experiences of building a successful business in the competitive catering market with a niche Caribbean product. Expect some tasty Jamaican anecdotes!
