Ambient tender update from Richard McGloin

TUCO

I have had several enquiries from TUCO members concerning letters they have received from SNUPI regarding an expression of interest in the SNUPI ambient tender. Procurement law allows for this process because of an initial interest contained in the original joint tender.

Further to my message of 7th May, TUCO is no longer supporting this tender process and will in due course be contacting all members through CEL with details and timescales for a new TUCO contract in this commodity, which will be in place for 1st August to ensure our members have continuity of service.
