Brothers at Glastonbury

Brothers Cider has been raising a paper cup in celebration of a successful weekend at the Glastonbury Festival, which took place on Worthy Farm in Somerset at the end of June.

“Festivals are great for drinks brands and we definitely get increased sales and enquiries after Glastonbury,” said Trade Marketing Manager, Nikki Langford. “For us, the great thing is that consumers are sampling your product but they are paying for it so they’re attaching a value to it.

“Festivals are all about building a relationship and making sure that our champion consumers continue to support us. We started life as a festival brand at Glastonbury in 1995. Each year it got busier and busier with more emails showing interest in Brothers when finally in 2006 we started bottling it and distributing via wholesalers.

“This year we’ll be appearing at a broad range of festivals from Glastonbury to Boardmasters in Newquay to The Glade and Creamfields. This ensures that we capture our core consumer with over 580,000 people seeing Brothers at Festivals this summer. Our website was re-launched in time for the festival season and we update photos from the festivals on a weekly basis.”
