Peros was formed in 2000 by two contract caterers – co-directors Peter Goodey and James Roberts - who, after working together for five years successfully managing a number of major on-site contracts for blue-chip clients, decided there must be a better way of offering beverage solutions to the food service sector.  Among the principles at the heart of the Peros business are a desire to supply Fairtrade products to customers wherever possible and the importance of forming partnerships between customers, employees and suppliers.
